A thousand years of Majorca tradition. The men and women of the Talaiotic period found this privileged place and settled down to live here. The Arabs created a sophisticated irrigation system that\u2019s still in operation and the first windmills were built in medieval times, using the force of the water to make paper, flour and cloth. The combined efforts and ingenuity of these men and women made this valley into one of the most fertile and distinctive regions on the island of Majorca. The microclimate nurtures our plantations and enables us to obtain the best harvests. Water, history, climate and fertile soil create infusions with an intense aroma and a unique flavour that delight the most refined senses.
