Our plants germinate and grow in Vall de la Nou, one of the most magical regions of eastern Majorca. This legendary valley was described in 14th century manuscripts (in valle vocata de Nuce, 1339). The spring, known as “de na Memòria”, has been supplying water since ancient times to irrigate these fields with our deep history, creating a magical aroma that’s conveyed in each sip of our infusions. A thousand years of Majorca tradition.

The men and women of the Talaiotic period found this privileged place and settled down to live here. The Arabs created a sophisticated irrigation system that’s still in operation and the first windmills were built in medieval times, using the force of the water to make paper, flour and cloth. The combined efforts and ingenuity of these men and women made this valley into one of the most fertile and distinctive regions on the island of Majorca. The microclimate nurtures our plantations and enables us to obtain the best harvests.
